The Plan

I generally only work with athletes who live in the Western New York area.  I believe meeting with and testing my athletes is an important part of the athlete coach relationship.  So if you live in the Western New York area and you would like to set up a meeting to discuss your athletic history and goals please give me a call or send an email.

As the above title implies I only have one plan.  I believe and want ALL my athletes to get the same full premium attention from me. Therefore NO phone or email limits. No watered down cookie cutter plans.

What You Get:

  1. Annual Training Plan. Based on race schedule, goals and athletic history a complete training plan, periodization structure and focus periods will provided.

  2. Weekly or Bi-Weekly Training Schedules. Depending on the stage of the annual training plan. Detailed schedules for swim, bike and run will be sent out in two week or one week blocks.

  3. Communication. Based on daily logs, feedback from the previous week will be provided  as well as an outline of the upcoming week. Daily feedback on workouts will also be provided as well as any required adjustments.

  4. Training Intensities. Paces, heart rate zones as well as power levels (if required) will be determined for each sport.
